Hasn't it just, ~5 months since i last decided to sit down and write a little something or other to decorate my otherwise bland page on DeviantArt.
Well, where to start!? What has actually happened since April 16th? Firstly, college is done and over, completely completed. My last term was fairly poignant in the progression of my education and life as a whole. Art went wonderfully! My exam, from which i currently have 2 pictures uploaded (

Said artwork is also the reason why i'm currently here updating, i spent today going to my college to collect it, and shi-- ... There's more than i remember, I carried 4 A2 portfolio's, all filled to bursting with paintings, recordings and sketchbooks home, and there is still at least half of my sketchbooks, all my clay works and 3 of my 4 final pieces left awaiting pickup. *shocked*
I once again managed to kick ass in philosophy also, earning my much coveted "A", with another startling 100% in my Philosophical literature exam, and an 85/90 in Philosophy of Mind. And as for Chemistry, who knows quite how i managed it, but there was a nice "B" as my final grade at the end of it all, meaning i had yet again furthered my grades. My final results was: At the end of the first year; Art: "D", Biology: "C" (dropped), Chemistry: "C" and Philosophy: "A". Whereas at the end of my final year my grades were a more satisfying; Art: "B", Chemistry: "B" and Philosophy: "A".
As for higher education and further bettering myself, I enroll at Bournville institution for Art and Design on the 16th, and formally start on the 21st. I'm at a stage where i'm ready to take my driving test... again... after an incredible FAIL first time around. I'm now also attending a Japanese course part time, to prepare myself for a hopeful escapade to Japan next summer, and also to improve my multi-tasking skills; finally being able to watch anime and draw at the same time with still an idea of the storyline. Furthermore i'm determined this year to pick up vectoring skills, or at least a basic knowledge of digital art for my potential job as a concept artist, and i've met one or two incredibly friendly graphic artists who hopefully will be able to push me in the right direction, and give me some hints and tips for when i do get stuck. What else? Oh, yes, i'm also going to dig out my keyboard and once again have a crack at learning some basics on the piano, as a recent love of classical and jazz music has inspired me to creativeness beyond a canvas!
3 months of summer holiday and i dramatically have no real work to show for it, a teeming social life tearing me away from my beloved copics, although the numerous parties, get togethers and "pubbages" were a wonderful way to spend my last summer with all my friends, and there are many good photos to remember said times with. Although i do have a large scale canvas part way through completion, and many smaller drawings which i cannot wait to colour.
And on that note, with that rather impressive wall of text passed, i leave you to stew in the dramatic interpretation of my life. Until next time;
CIAO~~
